Terms and conditions

1. These terms govern photography services by DP Photography in Village-Neuf, France. 2. Prices in EUR. VAT not applicable (French General Tax Code, art. 293 B). A deposit, shown at booking, confirms the slot; balance is due on the day. CHF amounts are indicative. 3. Withdrawal: dated leisure photography is excluded from the 14-day cooling-off period (French Consumer Code art. L221-28 12°). Unused undated gift vouchers bought at a distance keep the 14-day right. 4. Client reschedule ≥ 7 days: one free change, then €25. Shorter notice: €25. Client cancellation: deposit is kept. Studio cancellation: full refund or new date. Late >15 min: €12. Late >30 min: session forfeited. 5. Cake smash is weekends only. Allergens: wheat, milk, yogurt, butter, eggs. Short-notice booking (<7 days): €35 surcharge. 6. Gallery within 5 working days after the balance is paid. Pic-Time hosts full-resolution files. 7. Copyright remains with the studio. Personal-use licence for the client. Commercial use needs written consent. 8. French law. Consumer mediation before court.
